IC Philanthropy

In 2009, IC Philanthropy was established by the IC Council to teach tennis to disadvantaged children. In some communities, the sport provides an alternative path from life on the streets and the dangers of drugs and crime.

Our programmes also support young people with disabilities to improve their physical and mental skills whilst enjoying the company of others.

We were thrilled to welcome @gordonreid and Geoff Newton to our IC AGM workshop this year, where they gave us some valuable insights on how we can incorporate more wheelchair tennis into our activities - and even more thrilled that Gordon and his partner @alfiehewett6 took home their 7th Wimbledon doubles title yesterday! Congratulations Gordon and Alfie!
