The IC of Australia's 75th Anniversary Event – the ‘IC Grand Slam Reunion’

The IC of Australia invites you to be part of an IC World team to head to Melbourne for the ‘IC Grand Slam Reunion’ in January 2026, during the Australian Open.

IC World versus IC Australia matches will be played at the spiritual home of Australian tennis, Kooyong Lawn Tennis Club, and you will attend the Australian Open and enjoy a number of fabulous social events – including sightseeing and a gala dinner.

Eligibility is having played any event of a Grand Slam, main draw or qualifying (plus juniors from 1988) and there is flexibility with age groups in order to include all the former players who wish to take part.

The IC World team will be made up of interested eligible IC members, so if you have one player or ten players wanting to come, let the organisers know and they will go into the mix for the World team/s under a soon-to-be appointed World captain.

Format:

• Hosts IC Australia v the IC Rest of the World team in 3 age categories:
  • Open (up to 3 men and 3 women)
  • Over 45 (up to 3 men and 3 women)
  • Over 65 (up to 3 men and 3 women)
• Doubles/mixed doubles event, with teams of 6 in each age group
• Overall 18 players, with an optional relief player allowed in each age and gender category
