55th AGM of ICNZ 3rd April 2011

Pam has recently emailed you the agenda for the 3rd April AGM and the Minutes of the 2010 AGM.
As a reminder, this will be held at the home of
 Des and Jeannette Shaw, 45 Sayegh Street, St Heliers on Sunday 3rd April, 2011 at 5pm.
(Daylight saving ends this weekend)
Members and spouses/partners are invited to enjoy a meal afterwards. As an indication of numbers attending, please email Jill Bignell at ivanjill@xtra.co.nz or telephone 524-4727 to advise numbers. Anyone who wishes to contribute a plate to the meal arrangements should confer with Jill as soon as possible.
